Talent-pool applications collect your name, email, location, background, interests, resume, optional cover letter, phone and profile links, required work authorization and application answers. We keep applications for talent-pool review and contact you about future roles when you consent. Applying does not subscribe you to marketing. Use the contact form to ask for access, correction or deletion.
About this policy
This policy covers the PLTFORM website, promotion-board enquiries, playbook and service selections, free tools and sign-in. Use the contact form for privacy questions or requests.
Information you provide
Forms collect your name, email, optional company, role, product or business details and messages. Sending an offer selection submits its items, quantities and the contact details you enter. Sign-in uses account credentials and session information. Do not submit passwords or payment details in a message.
Browser tools and cart
Free calculators and link-building tools run in your browser. Their inputs are not sent to the contact database. The cart stores selected offers in browser storage until you remove them or clear site storage. This selection checkout does not collect a card or take payment.
How information is used
We use form records to respond to enquiries, manage offer selections and early-access requests, provide account access and maintain the site. Sending a selection does not itself start a paid service or subscribe you to marketing.
Measurement and technical information
Optional measurement records page visits, exits and interactions only after your measurement choice is enabled. It can include device and browser information, referring pages and a browser identifier. Hosting and security providers process technical request information needed to run and protect the site.
Service providers
We use providers for hosting, account access, contact records and optional measurement. Information passes through those services for those purposes. We do not sell personal information or provide it to data brokers. External links have their own privacy practices.
Keeping information
We keep enquiry, account and service records while needed to handle the request, provide the service, maintain access or meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the record and purpose. Some records may need to remain for legal, security or dispute reasons.
Your choices
Use the contact form to ask for access, correction or deletion of information tied to your email. We may ask for information to verify your request. Cookie settings lets you change optional measurement choices. Rights depend on the laws that apply to you.
