Using PLTFORM
These terms cover the PLTFORM website, free tools, playbooks, promotion listings and agency services. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its operation or other users.
Service scope and price
Each offer page shows its price and scope. Sponsor tile is a monthly offer; recurring billing and cancellation terms are confirmed before payment. Your project brief and the written service confirmation define the agreed scope, delivery format and timing. Work outside that scope needs a separate agreement. A site button or submitted enquiry does not by itself take payment or start an engagement.
Project information
You are responsible for providing accurate project information, access you are allowed to share and materials you have the right to use. Do not send passwords or payment details through enquiry forms. Delays in required materials or access can affect delivery timing.
Payment and cancellation
Payment, revisions, cancellation and any refund terms for an engagement are set out in its written service agreement or checkout terms before you pay. That agreement also states any taxes or additional charges. These website terms do not replace rights that applicable law gives you.
Files and use rights
The written service agreement defines ownership and permitted use of paid deliverables. Playbook licenses and paid deliverable rights are confirmed in the offer terms. Free tool outputs can be used in your own work. Do not republish paid files as your own resource. You remain responsible for checking facts, claims and rights in anything you publish.
Accounts and links
Keep your client account access private and tell us through the contact form if you suspect misuse. Third-party links and services are outside our control and have their own terms.
Results and limitations
Our work and tools support your decisions; they do not guarantee traffic, rankings, revenue or other business outcomes. Results depend on your offer, implementation and circumstances. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
